Refund policy

At The Gut Shield, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund guidelines below.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the original delivery date. To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused and in its original packaging
• The product must not be damaged or tampered with
• Proof of purchase is required

Due to health and safety regulations, opened or used supplements may not be eligible for return unless defective or damaged upon arrival.

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@thegutshield.com with your order number and reason for return.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

• Refunds will be processed to your original method of payment
• Processing time may take 5 to 10 business days depending on your financial institution

Shipping fees are non refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@thegutshield.com with photos and your order details. We will resolve the issue promptly.
